My husband and I made these one night. We had a lot of fun making them, and they were so delicious. I imagine that if you had children you could have them help you fill the rolls, but would leave the frying to the adults. Enjoy!
Peanut Rolls - Servings 48
Original recipe from WorldFood.com.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups shredded broccoli, carrots and cabbage mixture
1 cup JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Turkey Breast, diced and cooked
1/2 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® BANGKOK PADANG™ Peanut Sauce
48 wonton wrappers
hot oil for frying
honey for dipping
chopped peanuts for dipping
In large bowl, combine rice, broccoli mixture, cooked turkey and peanut sauce. Place a heaping teaspoon of mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper. Lightly moisten the outside edges of each skin with a small amount of water. Fold two edges inward and roll wrapper; gently pressing edges to seal. Fry rolls in hot oil (350°F) for approximately 2 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Serve immediately with honey and chopped peanuts for dipping.

2YUUUUUUUUM!!!!!
3stop making me hungry...
4Something that I have done when making these is to use shredded chicken from the can if you don't want to get the turkey, or can't find it. We used chicken and it was excellent.
5Looks delicious.

9these also can be made with egg rolls, just fill them a little more. still the same concept and equally as good especially if you don't want to buy a big pack of wonton wrappers.
